Verizon Pushes Galaxy S III Launch Back to July 12

Last week, Verizon announced that it would be releasing the Galaxy S III in stores on July 10th, which is tomorrow. Today however, word got out that the device’s launch was being pushed back two days until July 12th. The carrier did not give any reason for the delay, though we imagine it is because of supply shortages. Verizon will still be offering the Pebble Blue and Marble White variants. The 16GB model will cost $199, while the 32GB model will run you $249. The only change is you won’t be able to buy it until July 12th. It’s only 48 hours, so don’t lose too much sleep over it, Verizon customers.
