Android lovers… brace yourselves. Sprint is launching yet another high end Android 2.1 4G capable phone. This time, a Samsung Galaxy S rendition with a keyboard. The superphone, called the Samsung Epic 4G, will be launching with its 1 GHz Hummingbird processor, front-facing camera, 720p ready capture, QWERTY keyboard, and Super AMOLED display in “the coming months.”

Sprint’s press release highlights the speed of the phone, the amazingly fast GPU in the Hummingbird, the “HD-like” video capabilities, and the DLNA application preloaded on the Epic 4G. The Epic also targets business customers with its standard Android business features and 4G connectivity.

This is the fifth announced United States Galaxy S device. Things are looking pretty good for Samsung at this point.
