Samsung Says It Will Unveil The Next Galaxy Note On August 29

Yesterday, Samsung invited the media an Unpacked press event being held at IFA Berlin on August 29th. The invitation shows a S Pen emerging from a box, which led everyone to believe that the company would announce one of two things: the Galaxy Note 10.1 or Galaxy Note II. Today, Samsung confirmed that we will be seeing the latter of those devices, saying “we plan to unveil the next Galaxy Note at the Samsung Mobile Unpacked event in Berlin on August 29.”

So, that’s that. Rumored specs of the Galaxy Note II include a quad-core processor, a 5.5-inch display, and the S Pen stylus.

Don’t forget that Samsung will also be holding a press event on August 15th where it will unveil the “next major Galaxy.”
