iPhone 4S size

New iPhone rumors basically pop up every day, but it’s always interesting when a site such as Reuters reports new information regarding the iPhone. Apparently sources very familiar with Apple’s plans for their new iPhone are stating that suppliers have already started early production on the screen that will grace the next iPhone. The rumored screen will apparently measure 4 inches from corner to corner an increase of over 30% from the current iPhone 4S. Production of the new iPhone is said to start around August keeping in line with Apple’s past production to launch schedule.

The rumored bigger screen size is definitely a move to keep up with other phone manufactures who are every day leaning on giving customers bigger screens. Do you think this is the right move by Apple? I know plenty of Apple fanatics who when I show them a new Android device, they instantly criticize it because its too big, and looks uncomfortable to hold compared to their precious iPhone. Do you think this move could potentially alienated some of Apple’s fan base? Let us know in the comments below.
