A new internal document leak suggests the myTouch HD will launch soon on T-Mobile USA with HSPA+ and an NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor onboard. T-Mobile is now referring to its HSPA+ network as “America’s largest 4G network.”

The myTouch HD sports a 3.8-inch TFT LCD screen at the standard 800 x 480 resolution. It will come with Android 2.2 Froyo, but an upgrade to Android 3.0 or Gingerbread should be expected given T-Mobile’s “no phones left behind” promise and the fact that the Tegra 2 on the myTouch is a dual-core 1 GHz processor with an exceptional GPU. The phone comes with 4 GB of memory onboard and an 8 GB microSD card included. The rear camera is only five megapixels, but includes auto-focus. A  front-facing VGA camera for video calling is located on the right frontal exterior.

Look for this phone to be announced late 2010 and launch sometime thereafter.
