After months of delays and rumors, Verizon and Motorola have finally announced that Android 4.0 is available for the Droid RAZR and RAZR MAXX. One of the bigger features Ice Cream Sandwich brings to the RAZR devices are improved global capabilities. The two devices are the first to take advantage of voice and data serivices in over 200 foreign countries. You will, however, need an international data plan. The update also brings your standard Ice Cream Sandwich features, such as face unlock, a new user interface, and a new lock screen.

The update is rolling out now and you can check for it by going to Settings > About Phone > System Updates.
