Here is the Verizon Droid Incredible 2 in its Leaked Glory (Updated!)

Ah, how we love leaked phones! These companies have the hardest time nowadays with keeping their projects secret. Right here we have an unannounced HTC Verizon Android device that looks eerily similar to the Droid Incredible. More after the break!

Yesterday we reported that a possible Droid Incredible 2 Global device would be releasing in March! Now we have some pics of the device in all it’s glory. The original Droid Incredible had that very unique battery door design on it, no other phone has one quite like it, but this leaked phone has the same exact design! It’s impossible to miss, and this is definitely the Incredible 2!

Update: This phone looks exactly like those renders from PocketNow that we saw last week, which does suggest they are in fact buttonless.

Here’s what we know so far:

  • Running on HTC Sense
  • Most likely will have an 8MP Camera and dual LED Flash like the original Incredible
  • A larger 4 – 4.3 inch screen
  • 2 microphones on the back for noise cancellation! That’s always welcomed
  • It’s an HTC device destined for Verizon that has the same battery door design as the original Incredible
  • It appears to be buttonless on the front. However, the buttons could disappear much like the Nexus S when they are not in use.

Predictions

No idea what kind of hardware it could have yet, but since it is launching in March I predict it will have the MSM8x55 1Ghz Snapdragon and will not have support for LTE since Verizon did not show this phone off at CES.

Is it just me or is Verizon getting a new powerhouse flagship device every month of the year? From the front, this phone resembles the HTC Thunderbolt and LG Revolution pretty heavily.

We will definitely keep you guys updated with more on this device.

I love the Droid Incredible, but I’m disappointed this one doesn’t seem to have a front facing camera. Other than that, what else could you really ask for out of a 3G phone?
