It was there and now it is gone.  The Google Play Store had gone live with the Nexus 7 before it was abruptly pulled out of the store.  The video that accompanied the specs and images of the device has also been shut down.  Before it was pulled offline, we were able to get a list of the specs.  In addition to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, the specs of the new device include the following:

According to The Verge, the device will be available in 8GB priced at $199 and 16GB priced at $249. Both models will be available for shipping within two to three weeks.  We should get the official word during the Keynote that should be beginning shortly.
