Galaxy Nexus Sales Ban Lifted by Court of Appeals

Last week, Apple won an injunction against the Samsung Galaxy Nexus which restrained Google, Samsung, and other vendors from selling the device. After a  request from Samsung, the Court of Appeals has suspended the ban. The suspension of the ban will only last until Apple responds, which could be fairly soon. Google’s plans to bring the Galaxy Nexus back on the Play Store next week may be changed, as they are legally allowed to sell it right now. Although, it may be for only a short period of time.
