The HTC Desire C (Golf) was just announced by HTC and T-Mobile in the United Kingdom, and we’ve just been handed this screenshot of another new HTC device, the Ville C. Our source tells us this is basically a cheaper version of the HTC One S. The Ville C is purportedly an “ultra slim” device, though we aren’t sure of its exact measurements. It ships with Android 4.0, and possibly with Sense 4.5 (as seen in the document above). We were expecting Sense 4.0, but it seems that Sense 4.5 is already in the works.
HTC’s Ville C specifications sheet says the device will sport a 4.3-inch qHD AMOLED display, 16GB of internal memory, and 1GB of RAM. The device will also be equipped with the Qualcomm dual-core MSM8260 S3 processor clocked at 1.2GHz. It’s listed at 1.7GHz, but our source informs us this is a typo (Update: Not a typo, it is clocked at 1.7GHz). Along with a plethora of other mid-range specs, the device will have the same 8-megapixel camera sensor found on the One S. Of course this means it will have 1080p video recording ability. Up front, the Ville C also houses a VGA front-facing camera. On top of all that, the device will have a 1,650 mAh battery. We aren’t sure if it’s removable, but we have a feeling it won’t be.
