Apple's Galaxy Tab

In the numerous lawsuits filed between Apple and Samsung, one of Apple’s main contentions is Samsung infringing on the iPad design.  So, what would the next Samsung Galaxy Tab look like if Apple lawyers had their way?  Let’s just say that there is a reason why they went to law school.  Still yet, the following is Apple’s lawyers proposal to Samsung:

  • Overall shape that isn’t rectangular, or doesn’t have rounded corners
  • Thick frames rather than a thin rim around the front surface
  • Front surface that is not entirely flat
  • Profiles that are not thin
  • Cluttered appearance

Not sure what that makes, but it does not even come close to anything a consumer might want.  Then again, maybe that is Apple’s point.  One can understand why Apple would want to protect their intellectual property, but what they are demanding of Samsung is ridiculous.

Yeah… Apple, you can no longer put a battery in any of your devices. NASA and Motorola beat you to the punch a long time ago. For that matter, you cannot use glass, plastic, ARM-Based Chips, X-86/64 chips, or any other form of technology, as it all came before you. STFU and go back to your cave.

You forgot “screen that isn’t centered”. That screen is clearly centered in the middle.

The designed Galaxy Tab looks ridiculous. I bet with that design won’t even sell a single unit, not unless they sell if cheaper than Kindle Fire.
