Google Nexus 4 by LG

Another purported press image of Google’s Nexus 4 has leaked out, this time showing off the device’s smooth angles. This one still features the large “Nexus” labeling on the back of the device. The software render shows off Android 4.2 as we saw it yesterday on the Nexus 10.

The device features a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, a TrueHD IPS+ display, an 8-megapixel camera, and a 2100 mAh battery. It’s expected to go on sale next week, although that date could be changed as a result of Google’s event rescheduling.

I think it’s a sharp looking device, and the S4 Pro should be blazingly fast.

  2. Tim says:

they should’ve made the device at 5” inch. not just 4.7″. its a high-end device..a new superphone.

Things i like about the Nexus 4.

    1) 1.5GHz S4 Pro chip

    2) 2GB RAM

    3) 4.7″ TrueHD IPS+ screen

    5) Pure Android 4.2

    6) 8MP cam better than that of the GNex

    7) Ok battery at 2100mAh though not removable

    Things i don’t like abt the N4

    1) Meager int storage 8/16GB..would have loved to see 32/64GB options

    2) Lack of SD card slot…this is a vital spec and Sammy knows it..their sales # is proof.

    3) No removable battery…another key spec and again Sammy delivers on this…$$$$

    4) LG as OEM…the poles show LG as least favored OEM to make the Nexus..the quality & issues with their devices has burned many. My #1 OEM for the Nexus is HTC..i could just imagine a Nexus by HTC with the J Butterfly type 1080p HD screen but compact in size like the One x+ or Sensation XL, with a bigger removable battery and SD card slot
