Android 4.1 Jelly Bean

Google’s Jean-Baptiste Queru has announced on the Android Building Google Groups  that the source code for Android 4.1 Jelly Bean has been dropped by the Android team. That means true custom ROMs based off of the new source are fully “go.” The name of the release is “android-4.1.1_r1″ and proprietary device branches are up for the Nexus 7 and Galaxy Nexus. Branches for the XOOM and Nexus S will be made available soon.
